By accessing or using LightSaltERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and LightSaltERP ("we", "us", or "our").
LightSaltERP is a cloud-based accounting and financial management platform that provides tools for bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, inventory management, financial reporting, and related business operations. The Service is designed to assist businesses with their accounting needs but does not constitute professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by LightSaltERP or its licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' prior written notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LightSaltERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we reserve the right to delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable law.
For users in the United Kingdom, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users across African jurisdictions, the following region-specific provisions apply in addition to the general terms above.
